Dedicated to serving clients with longstanding relationships, the Firm actively collaborates with and advises leaders in the power and energy sector. This includes financial sponsors, renewables developers, and independent power companies, providing expertise in various M&A, strategic advisory, and capital-raising activities (both debt and equity).
About the Position: The Firm is on the lookout for Senior Analysts to join the team, contributing to the growth of this independent advisory practice. This opportunity allows you to be part of the foundational stages of a burgeoning boutique investment banking platform, with a commitment to nurturing talent from within.

Location: Tampa, Florida or NY.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior banking officers and professionals, actively participating in client transactions, projects, or assignments as a vital member of the Investment Banking team
- Analyze and formulate sophisticated financial data and models for client proposals and strategic plans
- Prepare presentations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals
- Evaluate the company’s financial performance relative to overall industry and market trends
- Maintain client relations throughout the deal execution period, cultivating expertise in M&A, Debt, & Equity transactions
