My client is a leading Solar and Storage IPP with a +17GW development portfolio and is now looking for someone to head up their accounting function as VP Accounting / Controller.
This position will report directly into my client's CFO and will play a crucial role in providing the financial platform for my client during a period of high growth.
At a high level responsibilities will include:
- Oversee daily accounting and finance functions in full compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
- Manage sub-functions including: general ledger, tax, treasury, payroll, AP, financial reporting, and audit
- Ownership of financial close process
- Lead project accounting
- Manage audit partners
- Implementing process improvement and automation across the accounting and finance functions
