We’re partnering with a leading EPC specializing in providing innovative solutions for the power, renewable, and industrial industries. With over 15 GW of installed capacity, our extensive experience spans state-of-the-art combined cycle and simple cycle gas turbine plants, biomass projects, solar facilities, wind farms, biofuel plants, and various industrial and environmental facilities nationwide. 

Through this expansion they’re looking for an individual with experience in renewables, combined-cycle power plant construction, or large scale industrial projects to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

As a Mechanical Superintendent, a full-time field-based role responsible for overseeing mechanical engineering duties in planning, designing, and supervising construction projects. We’re seeking an individual with a strong commitment to ethics and integrity, capable of working independently or collaboratively to meet deadlines, prioritizing safety, and exhibiting a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of mechanical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and laborers to allocate resources efficiently and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, implementing corrective measures as needed to uphold project integrity.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for optimizing project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical construction management, with a successful track record of overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, construction methods, and materials, with the ability to interpret and apply engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical standards in construction practices.
