Are you an experienced Project Manager specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)? To excel in this position, you’ll need a minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years specifically focused on BESS projects. Additionally, you should have experience in line management, as this role may involve overseeing a team of up to three Project Managers. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of bringing multiple grid-scale projects online simultaneously and possess comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Project Management, including performance monitoring, change orders, schedules, budgets, and construction permitting.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years focused on BESS projects
- Experience in line management, preferably overseeing a team of Project Managers
- Proven track record of managing multiple grid-scale projects simultaneously
- Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Project Management, including performance monitoring, change orders, schedules, budgets, and construction permitting
- Engineering background and experience with utilities/interconnection processes preferred
- Relevant Engineering or Construction degree, along with PMP certification, desirable
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of a multi-gigawatt BESS portfolio
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure successful project delivery by monitoring performance, managing change orders, and adhering to schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including utilities and interconnection partners, to facilitate project execution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes and procedures
